RADAR
In this post we know about about Radar. So lets start
The term RADAR defined as
Radio Wave Detection & Ranging.
Radar is an
electromagnetic system, which radiates energy into space and detecting the echo
signal reflected from an object or target.
Classification of Radar:
We can classified the
radar as

contain with transmitter, Receiver, Duplexer & Antenna, transmitter transmit
electromagnetic wave. Then the Duplexer passes the signal to the Antenna which
radiates the signal to the space. Then when the Antenna receive the echo signal
, passes the signal through duplexer to receiver for further processing.

What is Duplexer
A duplexer is a bi-directional electronics device that allows communication over single path. it working like a switch
What is Plan Position Indicator
The PPI or Plan Position Indicator of radar
display that represent the radar antenna in the center of the display, with
distance from it and high above ground drown as concentric circle. As the radar
antenna rotates, a radial trace on PPI sweeps in unison with it about the
center point.
What is Clutter in Radar
Since they can clutter the radar display. The
clutter can be many order of magnitude even larger than aircraft. When
aircraft echo and clutter echo appears in same radar display cell, the radar
might not be detected.
